She has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, working in financials, the oil and gas industry, and law firms. She also has extensive board experience. Ihenacho holds a law degree from the University of Oslo, a Master of Law from Harvard Law School, and a Master of Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
